Maintenance/Repairs – From time to time it becomes necessary to repair a retractable awning and we are here to help. Sometimes it can be as simple as a minor adjustment or as complex as a replacement of key components. The bottom line is to not worry because ShadeWorks is here to make your problems go away. With over 11 years experience and our engineering background, no problem is too difficult.

Adjustments – Tennessee wind can sometimes impact our exterior products resulting in the need for adjustments. Maybe you want to make small changes to the awning drop, etc.. ShadeWorks is fully skilled in all awning adjustments. There have been occasions where other competitors suggest replacing the awning and we knew an adjustment was all that was needed. Please give us a call so we can discuss the best alternatives to taking care of your shade products.

Cleaning – Okay, so you were not staying on top of cleaning your awning. Don’t worry. ShadeWorks can clean up your awning to shine like new! If you are a DIY type, visit our

Upgrades – If you are interested in additional options for your retractable awning or shade structure, we can assist. We have many solutions to improve your product. Here are a few of the most requested upgrades:

• New awning covers – Over the years your fabric may get torn or you just want a different color. ShadeWorks can upgrade any retractable awning on the market.
• Motors – Take a manual system and make it motorized. If you have a hand crank system we may be able to upgrade your system. Give us a call to discuss your options.
• Wind Supports – Also called awning assist braces, wind supports are available as an upgrade for retractable awnings in places where wind is causing you concern.
• Wind or Sun sensors – We have installed many of these sensors. While not a big fan of these, we do carry a full line of wind and sun sensors. Let us know your need and we can suggest the best product for you.
• Winter Covers – Shadeworks has aluminum and fabric protective covers to protect your product from the harshness of winter.
• Other – Our engineering design team can design or find a product to solve your problem no matter how big or small.
